Adventurous Rentals provides luxury chauffeured transportation in a Rolls-Royce Ghost for weddings, proms, date nights, anniversaries, corporate events, photoshoots, airport transfers, and other special occasions.

The minimum booking is one (1) hour.

Our standard rate is $400 per hour, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Pricing may vary based on distance, event structure, extended wait times, or special circumstances. Any adjustments will be clearly communicated prior to confirmation.

Yes. All bookings include a professionally dressed, licensed chauffeur, fuel within the standard service area, and standard vehicle preparation.

Common bookings include: • Weddings & engagements • Proms & school formals • Date nights & anniversaries • Birthday celebrations • Corporate & executive transportation • Photoshoots & brand events • Airport transfers (by request) If your event isn’t listed, feel free to inquire—we’re happy to accommodate unique requests.

Booking time begins when the chauffeur arrives at the first pickup location and ends when the final drop-off is completed. If the pickup or event location is outside of Baton Rouge city limits, additional drive-time or mileage fees may apply.

In some cases, pickup-and-drop-off events may qualify for reduced billable hours: • Extended wait time (3+ hours): If the chauffeur is not required to remain onsite and can return later, pricing may be adjusted (e.g., charged for 2 hours instead of 5). • Short wait time (1 hour or less): If the chauffeur cannot reasonably leave and return, the full wait time will be billed (e.g., 3 total hours).

Additional charges may apply for: • Extended mileage outside our standard service area • Late-night or holiday bookings • Special event logistics • Excessive cleaning or damage • Overtime beyond the scheduled booking All pricing details will be disclosed before confirmation.

We recommend booking: • Weddings & proms: 2–6 months in advance • Date nights & special occasions: 1–2 weeks in advance Last-minute bookings may be available depending on availability.

A reservation is confirmed once: 1. The booking request is approved 2. A signed service agreement is completed 3. A non-refundable deposit is received

A deposit of $100 per hour of service requested is required to confirm a booking. The deposit is applied towards the total service costs.  For example, if you book a 3 hour event, your deposit will be $300.

We accept major credit cards, approved electronic payments, and cash. Full payment is required the day before the event date.

• Deposits are non-refundable • Cancellations within a specified window (typically 48–72 hours) may result in partial or full charges • Rescheduling is subject to availability Exact terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

The Rolls-Royce Ghost comfortably seats up to four passengers, in addition to the chauffeur.

Light décor may be permitted with prior approval. No tape, adhesives, or materials that could damage the vehicle are allowed.

Eating food is not allowed in the vehilce. Only clear beverages are allowed. All other belongs may be stored in the trunk area. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.

Yes, multiple stops are allowed and count toward your reserved time. Please include all planned stops when booking so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. Prom bookings require: • A signed agreement by a parent or guardian • Clear pickup and drop-off times • Adherence to all safety and conduct policies

Overtime is billed in hourly increments and is subject to chauffeur availability. Advance notice is appreciated whenever possible.

We understand that special events can shift. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, all modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

We serve any and all locations. The standard service area is described as any event located within 15 miles of 4530 Flordia Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA 70806. Services outside of this area may be charged additional fees for drive time, fuel, and vehicle preperation.

Our services are available 24/7. Special rates may apply for late night/early morning events or events on holidays.
